Hotel Policy  

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Hotel reserves the right to change the rates without prior notice. However, room rates change does not apply on your booking if you have made 100% deposit in advance
  2. Extra bed charges: Nu. 800 ++ (Meals are chargeable)

RESERVATION POLICY

  1. Please contact our Front Office to check on room availability @+975-02-331434 and if rooms are available please send us an email to thedragonboutique@gmail.com with complete details. We will respond within 24 hrs with the confirmation.
  2. Guarantee of the room reservation and booking is subject to the realization of 50% advance amount. Please keep checking with the hotel if your booking is still valid 30 days prior to the guest arrival. Your room shall be allotted to the next waiting guest after 30 days if the 50% advance is not paid.
  3. Festival date reservation shall be confirmed only after receiving the full payment and non-refundable if cancelled.
  4. Peak season date reservation made for than two months prior to check in shall be confirmed only after receiving 50% payment and non-refundable if cancelled.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. No charge is applicable if cancellation is made before 45 days of guest arrival.
  2. Within 45-30 days of guest arrival 10% of the room rate shall be charged as cancellation charges.
  3. Within 30-15 days of guest arrival 50% of the room rate shall be charged as cancellation charges
  4. Within 15-10 days of guest arrival 80% of the room rate shall be charged as cancellation charges
  5. Within 10 days of check in/no show/early departure of guest will be charged 100% of the room rate as cancellation charges.
  6. There will be no charge on the amendments made prior to 45 days of guest arrival but the new reservation confirmation is subject to availability of rooms on the guest’s next mentioned dates.
  7. Confirmation made earlier from the hotel for a particular booking does not automatically guarantee confirmation when amended to a new date.
  8. Any reservation made within the period of cancellation charges applicable will follow the pre-conditions laid above.

DEPOSIT POLICY

  1. All reserved services of the hotel needs to be fully settled in advance at least 45 days prior to the arrival date or alternatively company undertaking letter to be given to the hotel guarantying the payments of the rooms and services.

CHILD POLICY

  1. Upto 2 children less than 6 years can share parent’s room on complimentary basis on parents meal plan.
  2. Upto 2 children within 6- 12 years of age can share parent’s room on complimentary basis and are entitled for 50 % discount on meal plan.
  3. Children 12 years and above will require an extra bed at the cost of Nu 800 + 10 Service change and + 10% Bhutan Sales Tax and meals are chargeable  per night basis.

COMPLIMENTARY ROOM POLICY FOR ROOM BOOKING

  • For every 10 rooms and more booking ,one single room will be provided on complimentary basis on groups meal plan

MEALS

  • Meal opting the meal plan are exclusively served in the dining hall and please check with the  Front office for timings
